We gladly accept payments thru PayPal, or through the following major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa or American Express. We will also gladly accept international money orders.

Shipping and handling is extra. Shipping is by UPS ground unless otherwise noted. Customers outside Canada are responsible for any customs duties or port entry charges.

We will confirm all orders with you and full payment instructions (if applicable) will be provided.

Any custom orders, either made from our fur or your own personal fur will require a 50% deposit before work will commence. Upon completion, we will send you photos of your critter, and will then ship your creation to you once the remaining 50% is received.

Since custom orders are so special, they are non returnable and non-refundable. We will do everything in our power to see to it that you are happy with your purchases. We stand behind our work, our quality of craftsmanship and our name. Your happiness with your adoption of one of our critters is most important to us.
